History

This temple, also called as ‘Skandagiri temple’ is located at Padmaraonagar, about 2 km away from Secunderabad Railway Station. The word ‘Skandagiri’ means the hill of Lord Skanda, another name of Lord Subramanya Swamy. Lord Subramanya is the primary deity here, accompanied by Srivalli and Sridevasena.
