History

The temple Pardeshwar Temple was built and inaugurated by Shri Swami Sachchidanand Saraswati. Who is known as the Mahamandleshwar of Sadhanadhamashram, at Parbhni. Standing at a height of about 80 ft., the temple is made of marble. In the sanctum of the temple, the idol of Lord Shiva is seen along with Devi Annapurna.
The complex of temple is spread over an area of 4000 sq m of land. The Shivalinga found in this temple is composed of mercury (parad) and weighs close to 250 kilos. It is known to be the largest of its kind.
